REES - 2019 Winter - Major and Minor Course List

The following list includes courses on topics related to the study of Russia, East Europe, and Eurasia and is intended for use by undergraduate students declared in REES major and minor programs. Students electing the major in REES or related minors should consult the REES advisor for approval of any course to be used toward the program. Independent study and directed reading courses may also be used when appropriate. Please consult the LSA Course Guide (http://www.lsa.umich.edu/cg/) and relevant departments for details. Topical courses in modern language departments are listed when they are relevant to an understanding of REES regions or distribution areas.
