General Description:
High-quality wireless Bluetooth earbuds with a compact charging case, suitable for daily use. Each set must include the organization’s logo printed on the earbuds and/or charging case (design will be shared by UNICEF). The product should provide stable connectivity, clear stereo sound, and sufficient battery life for regular use.
Logo placement:Logo placement should be visible and prominent. Please see the logos attached in the email.

Please note that distribution will be made as per the distribution list in the Excel tab-Transportation within 5-ply durable boxes.
Every box should be marked as stated in item#3.
On the cartoon boxes, there should be Turkish and English content list.
 Every box should have a column in the content list indicating the items and expiry dates of each of the items in the kit clearly.
General expiry date for the box which should be the same as the expiry date of the product that is expiring the soonest should be included on the box.
Items in the kit will be put in a single durable heavy duty box. Boxes will have content list and and UNICEF logo printed on them.

Important Note: The requested delivery date for this procurement is by 23.02.2025. Please indicate below your best goods readiness and delivery lead time considering the requested delivery date for this procurement.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR THE SUPPLIERS:
1.Please enter your proposed Unit Pirce in the Column G.
2.Please provide brand names and picture of the offered item in the relevant columns Column H and I.
3. Kindly fill in the parts in yellow.
4. Kindly provide your goods readiness date and delivery lead time.
5.Price proposals shall be submitted as VAT-excluded and in TRY (Turkish Liras).
6. Price quotations should have at most 2 digits after decimal point.
7. All proposed items should have TSE/CE/BPA free certificates whenever applicable.
8. Pre-delivery inspection shall be conducted prior to deliveries/ shipment. Only after the completion of inspection and UNICEF's written approval the delivery process shall start.
9. Signed/stamped proof of delivery forms shall to be shared with UNICEF upon completion of delivery.
10. Payments will be made only after satisfactory completion of the work by contractor and acceptance of the work by UNICEF.
11. UNICEF is entitled to discontinue or cancel this quotation.
12.Please note that UNICEF does not make advance payments.
13. Please ensure that the offer is signed by the authorized person on behalf of your company.
14. Please attach circular of signatures/power of attorney of the person(s) who is authorised to represent the entity.
15.The selected vendor will be fully responsible for the delivery of all items up to the final destination and in case of any losses and damages caused during the transportation, the company will be liable to cover /reimburse the losses to UNICEF Turkey.
16.UNICEF is reserves the right to split the order between two different suppliers.
17. The bidders are expected to submit their price offers for ALL the items in the price proposal template. Incomplete or partial offers will be disqualified.
18.While quoting for transportation, please note that the items will be deliveredas per distribution list. If the items will be delievered via cargo companies, please quote cargo prices and inform the mode of transportation in your offer email.

The Supplier will provide the following:
A. The items will be unloaded at the final destination.
B. On the cartoon boxes, there should be Turkish and English content list.
C. Every box should have a column in the content list indicating the expiry dates of the individual products in the kit.
D. General expiry date for the box which should be the same as the expiry date of the product that is expiring the soonest should be included on the box.

Disposal of Surplus Boxes/Cartons/Supplies: All surplus cartons/boxes bearing the UNICEF logo and approved markings must be incinerated or transferred to certified recyclers for proper administrative disposal. This step is essential to prevent misuse of UNICEF's branded materials and to safeguard its reputation.
