5 | DIRECTIONS: First, write a number in the blue box (B1). Then write a number you'd like to add repeatedly in B2. Write a number you'd like to subtract repeatedly in B3. Write a formula in the purple box (D4) for a repeating pattern (EXAMPLE =C4+8). Then click and drag the blue square in the corner of the box across the row and see the pattern form! Have a friend try to figure out your pattern. They will write "add" or "subtract" in the red box (A4) and the number in the orange box (B4).
