Users and Enterprises - Downloaded just after the end of the quarter
Remove duplicated in 'Enterprise' column (Data Tab>Remove Duplicates). Remove unconfirmed profiles. Filter by Producer=TRUE and Visible=t and count the number of enterprises (include all 'sells' categories)

Active Producer ShopsOC Customer Totals - Downloaded for the quarter date range (note you may need to do it in parts due to large file size)You should have downloaded this report for your instance sales figure (Part 1 of this spreadsheet). When you have this, you can remove duplicates for the Hub column and count all Producer Shops. Or you can create a pivot table to get the number of shops with orders in the quarter.

Go to your instance homepage and get the 'Shoppers' figure. Subtract this from last quarter's figure to get the 'new shoppers' figure. Note if your instance is not using this tool, you will need to turn it on momentarily in Configuration and turn it off when you have the figures.
