Attorneys online often came off as dismissive of the case, like "Oh it'll most likely go this way" so they would not even try to obtain a more favorable result.	One was the whole "approachable" thing as described in #4. Another was the price; I was advised to find representation that was in the middle of the spectrum as far as costs were concerned, and Aizman was the middle road in terms of price (between, say, Ticket Clinic and other firms/ attorneys). They are rated 5 stars on Yelp. Diana is also an expert in the field and is who CNN, Fox News and other national news channels go to when they need a criminal defense expert on their shows. Also, they are who my lawyer friend went to when he got a DUI. All charges were dismissed. And for my DUI, my charges were reduced and the firm went above and beyond to answer all of my many questions about the process, made great recommendations and even got me in touch directly for additional questions with the electronic monitoring service that was used. They really care about their clients!	Overall it was great. There was one area where the ball was dropped, but I'm not sure if it was Aizman or the electronic monitoring service used. I was told that my court fees were being included as part of the house arrest time, but when I wrapped up everything, I went to court and still had to pay a hefty court fine. Both the firm and the monitoring service pointed to the other side as saying it was that group's responsibility. This was frustrating as I had confirmed with both groups beforehand that the court fees were included before the house arrest started. On the plus side I did like that Aizman got me in touch with the monitoring service before I made my decision and the monitoring service met with me in person to show me all of their equipment.

I had a major issue with a dui charge and I chose to go speak with Diana Aizman about my situation. I felt very comfortable talking with her; she made me feel better and gave me a hopeful feeling that is very important in these type of situations, but also didn't promise me or make it sound like it would be no problem or I would get off easily etc. She explained the other negative side too and what could happen etc. I would say she will spend a little time talking about whatever and seems to be a friend and also one that will fight for you, especially if she feels you are in the right. She ( The Firm ) has a very nice office and there is usually places to park close by for free or very little charge if you look enough. I met with a few others that work there; Danielle was very nice and helpful when I could not speak with Diana and she seemed genuine and wanted to help and this meant a lot to me. Also, even though Diana is very busy, she will communicate with you, but it is usually thru email. I like to speak in person, either in person or at least on the phone, and even though I probably bugged her too much, she still talked with me. Olga was also very nice and helped me in any way she could and I appreciated that as well. All in all, I would strongly suggest using this firm or at the very least, give them a chance to talk to you about your case and situation.	At the end of the day, I was very pleased. Through all that she and her assistants did and the things that I helped in for myself, we were able to get a favorable conclusion. I did have the issue of almost being charged again for a visit that was completely connected to my case and issues, but the bottom line is Diana and I worked that out and she was understanding to my needs and situation etc, and that is all that matters in the end, it is just a matter of communicating and seeing eye to eye etc. and we did and I appreciate her for that!! I do hate the fact that I still have a reckless driving charge ( wet reckless ) on my dmv, even though it was judicially dismissed etc. I have had to deal with a lot of bullshit in getting hired by Uber and pretty much had to do MANY things being my own attorney to get approved. And I still haven't been approved by Lyft and probably could sue them for everything involved in the situation etc. I tried calling and communicating with some attorney you gave me, but to no avail. They didn't even communicate with me professionally, so that showed me enough about them. But again, I went thru war with Uber, then finally got approved, so there is no reason why I should not be able to drive for Lyft. I might go to war with them again soon! HA! But at least I can drive for Uber etc! I know there is some lawsuit involving lawyers against the California DMV in regards to the issues I am talking about and I am and will stay interested in that outcome. I believe my dmv record should just at least say judicially dismissed and therefore can in no way affect my employment possibilities etc! But I have to just accept that for now I guess, plus I have plenty of other things going on. But I am happy and know that my situation could have been a lot worse, so I appreciate The Aizman Firm a lot!
