5	Welcome to the KPI Reporting for TP Mechanical Service. This information is designed to give viewers a snapshot of key elements of the service business in each city. Most of the data is accumulated in our dispatch system, Perfectware, but some is also from our accounting software.

7	Each KPI has a data tab that shows the financial information for that item. After that, you will find one or two graphs on the following tabs, to graphically reflect the trends shown from the data. Changing the data will immediately change the graph.

9	Data needs to be entered on a timely basis, as much of this data is fluid, and changes occur quickly. Therefore, inputting the data at the correct time is a key to having more accurate trends.

11	In each of these KPI's you can drill down for more specific information by going to Perfectware, find the appropriate report, and drill into it.

17	4	PM Tasking	Found in Dispatch\PM Program\PM Calls\Monthly		Perfectware - Beginning of month, after PMs have been generated by dispatchers - need to ask them if all PM's are pulled in
18	5	PM Tasking Trend	This data found in Dispatch\PM Program\PM Setup\Primary Month		Perfectware - Same as # 4 - whenever PM are pulled in by dispatchers
19	6	Maintenance Base Growth	Base # is found in Reports\Contracts\by Status		Perfectware - Beginning of month for previous mth
20	7	Maintenance Base Cancels	Cancellation # is found in Reports\Contracts\Cancels.		Perfectware - Beginning of month for previous mth
21	8	Project Revenue	This is reported in the Financial Reports, not in Perfectware		P&L - middle of following month (11th of mth)
22	9	Project GP %	This is reported in the Financial Reports, not in Perfectware		P&L - middle of following month (11th of mth)
23	10	T&M Revenue	This is reported in the Financial Reports, not in Perfectware		P&L - middle of following month (11th of mth)
24	11	Unbilled T&M	Perfectware Report Accounting\Costing\Billings Forward\Not Billed		Perfectware - 1st of the mth for previous mth
25	12	A/R Overdue	This data will be found from your Accounts Receivable reporting		A/R reports done by Cindy - last week of the month

27		Each month, enter the current month # in field J1. This needs done on each sheet, as the data may not be entered at the same time.
28		Enter the proper data for each category, in the correct month.
29		Only enter data in the shaded fields. All other fields are calculated.
