How to use this worksheet as a Learning or Fellowship Plan:
1. Make a copy of this Google spreadsheet and name it "[Your name] Fellowship Plan"
2. Fill in all of your Learning Goals. Be sure to include your target stage (column B), area (column D), and skill (column E)
3. Under each learning goal, list out the specific skills and expectations that will help you reach your learning goal. These can be found in the OMRS Summary, Dev Summary, and QA Summary tables, which lists out the expectations by skill and stage.
4. Review and discuss with your mentor.
5. Identify the specific expectations that you will work towards in the next three months. Set the "Skill Building Status" (Column G) as "In progress"
6. Every two months, update your progress in "Skill Building Status" (Column G).
