A list of studies of eligible studies is available here with payment info in column "Remuneration". If you are interested in replicating one of the studies listed (or a study using non-public data published in one of those journals in 2022-onward: https://i4replication.org/reports.html), please contact instituteforreplication@gmail.com.
In your email, please indicate which study you would like to replicate and whether you will be working with teammates. Also, include the type of replication you would like to conduct.
We are interested in three main types of replications:
1-Using new data: You could replicate the analysis using data from a different city/country, school, institution, etc. For instance, a study using confidential data for University X could be replicated using similar data from another university.
2-Robustness reproduction: If you have (or may obtain) access to the data used in the original study, you could conduct robustness checks/sensitivity analysis.
3-Recoding reproduction: If you have (or may obtain) access to the data used in the original study, you could recode from scratch the analysis using only the raw data.
Of course, a mixture of these is also possible.
I4R’s chair, Abel Brodeur, and a small team will review each proposal.
