 VSO would like to request a quotation for the goods/services listed below. Suppliers providing a quotation must do so using their organisation's official stationery and return the quotation by the date stated below. Lead times must be clearly indicated.

Quotation Submission Requirements

* Quote must be on supplier letter headed paper (N/A)

* Quote must detail all costs including taxes, delivery charges and other

* Quote must state validity period of quote

* Quote must state lead time

VSO shall not be bound to accept any quotation and will not be responsible for any loss or expense incurred by organisations in the submission of their quotations. VSO reserves the right to accept all or part of your offer. Please note that this is not a purchase order.

Required documents to be submitted:

1. Expression of Interest with the quotation,

2. Valid company/firm registration certificate,

3. VAT/PAN registration certificate,
25
4. Latest tax clearance certificate of FY 2079/80 , and
26
5. Evidence of similar work experience (at least two)

6. Validity of quotation, delivery time of item, and delivery to Baglung.

Interested and eligible companies/firms send us the above-required documents in a sealed envelope with samples of each item to the address below on or before Monday 1 July 2024
