The risks division is on the basis of two stage; first one is the planning and the second is the implementation
The variables that classify the risk level are the impact and the liklihood and the below equation govern the determination of the risk level:
- Impact (Low) + Liklihood (Low) = Low
- Impact (Low) + Liklihood (Medium) = Low
- Impact (Low) + Liklihood (High) = Medium
- Impact (Medium) + Liklihood (Low) = Low
- Impact (Medium) + Liklihood (Medium) = Medium
- Impact (Medium) + Liklihood (High) = High
- Impact (High) + Liklihood (Low) = Medium
- Impact (High) + Liklihood (Medium) = High
- Impact (High) + Liklihood (high) = High
