EVENT ETHOS:Firstly the event is intended to be fun and provide a rowing community focus to bring us together virtually in challenging times and lockdowns or periods of self-isolation. Secondly it is competitive but all you will win is some bragging rights! We hope you enjoy and will re-connect with those whom you hoped to race against in a normal Head season. Please do organsie a Club, Squad,or Crew Zoom or Teams mtg to race together.

RACING WINDOW:You can complete your Ergo or Run from Thurs 28th January to midday on Sunday 31st January 2021. This gives all athletes and essential workers a window of opportunity to join in. Your Club Coordinator will enter you time when the timing window opens on Sunday 31st January.

5000m or 3000m TIMES :Please notify your Club Coordinator of the time you complete your 5000m or 3000m Erg Head or 5000m Run. Min & Sec eg 2 Min 3.2 Sec. You only need to erg ONCE for multiple events! Coordinators will have until 12.30pm on 31st January to complete their results on the entry schedules.
