The US federal government will protect the water by implementing 5 best management practices. (streamside buffers, streamside fencing, nutrient management plans, continuous no-till, and cover crops)
- without changes to our federal policies, our pollution problem will continue to grow
- over-reliance on antibiotics in livestock feeds produces ABR
- CAFO spillovers are direct threats to local water supplies
- AG RUNOFF creates aquatic dead zones
- Our plan solves, we need to mandate uniform standards
Out plan sufficiently curbs CAFO pollution, Regulation requirements are inadequate they only apply once they have been caught, Regulations don’t work and fail to protect water resources, Biodiversity loss can cause a cascade affect and cause mass extinction,
The AFF does not violate federalism there is precedent for federal intervention when the states fail to address water quality standards.

PLAN FOR FRACKING: The United States federal government should ban the use of hydraulic fracturing techniques by energy companies in the United States.
PLAN FOR AGG RUN OFF : The Us should substantially protect US water resources by establishing mandatory best practices for farmland sources contributing to water quality impairment
ADV FOR FRACKING:1. Pennsylvania links framing to health problems.
2. States have already banned fracking.
3. Methane contributes 30%
ADV FOR AGG RUN OFF: Regulations do not protect water resources
CAFOs create antibiotic resistant diseases
Mutating diseases leas to extinction
Agriculture is the biggest contributor to water pollution
Nutrient runoff comes from intensive farming practices

The United States Federal Government should ban the use of hydraulic fracturing techniques by energy companies in the united states by revoking permits for current oil and gas wells within 2500 ft of inhabited structures and end federal subsides for fracking companies.
Water and air pollution hurts our planet
Health harms such as mental health problems, impaired infant development, asthma, heart problems, skin rashes, and Cancer.
Water is not possible to to decontaminate.
Protection of low income communities
Not profitable industry
Energy security is a myth, fracking is a non profitable industry, fracking can't be regulated.

Instead of debating about the water resources of the US, we propose we should engage in a deeper understanding of the environment in general, reject indigenous genocide and anthropocentrism and embrace wholistic ecological activism, that connects to a whole system of impacts. The judge has a responsibility to reject shallow ecology shown in the resolution.
