Not that many people read my blog posts, really, but I refer back to posts I've written all the time.

It has the most users, so i can't not share it there.I do it for fun/to better my understanding of a subject. It's easy on dev.to, i just have to copy paste it from my personal blog. I published on my own blog, so I always own the content.MediumIt's so much fun, i learn a lot by doing it, plus i meet so many great people.

Medium and dev.to are the most commonly referred-to-platforms when it comes to technical writing. When I am coding, and need to get some of my concepts cleared about some topic, I choose to go to medium to study deep about that topic from the people working on it.
Inserting code files is a hassle, sometimes medium doesn't preview the GitHub gist files.

Platform is missing the context table. Doesn't support code highlighting out of the box (only through gists).
