MSI Extended Warranty Coverage Terms and Condition: MSI extended warranty is valid for the country of warranty purchased & sreserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions. f you purchased extended warranty through a third party service provider, please contact your re seller or whomever you purchased the extend warranty directly from. They will provide you instructions on how to submit your warranty support beyond our standard warranty coverage period. To verify if you have purchased MSI extended warranty, you can check your invoice if any of the below MSI warranty Part No. or reference number were included. MSI Reserves the right to replace defective parts with different compatible of equal or newer models comparable to your original purchased products or parts.

You may purchase extended warranty within 30 days from your original product purchase date by contacting MSI or your authorized re-seller where you purchased the MSI products from within 30 days. Just reference to below part number when contacting us or your re seller. In the event that you are experiencing the same or different issue with your products, MSI shall warrant and make all attempt to solve or fix your products as long as your extended warranty period is in effect. MSI shall replace equal or new products if your product cannot be fixed or solved by our service center.

This limited warranty applies only to selected MSI branded laptops*, and all accessories that are built in or onto the base unit. This includes parts or accessories that are required for regular operation of the unit and shipped with the unit at the point of sale. The following items (inclusive but not limited to) are covered under this warranty. CPU, HDD, MEMORY, MOTHERBOARD, MXM GPU (if any), KEYBOARD, TOUCHPAD, AUDIO DEVICES, OPTICAL DRIVES, LCD, Wireless Module, Bluetooth Module (if any), built-in buttons, built-in webcam, AC/DC POWER CORD. Accidental Damage Coverage only applies to MSI branded laptops* which was purchased in the United States. This warranty policy DOES NOT apply to MSI Netbook (WIND), barebone, whitebox, or OEM products. MSI will either repair the original parts with new or reconditioned parts, or replace the notebook with one which is defined by MSI technician as a fully functional equivalent model.
Customer pays one-way shipping; MSI will cover the cost of shipping the laptop back to the customer.Accidental Damage Coverage only applies to the original owner and is not transferable.

MFG Depot Repair Services:Your products must be sent to our service department after our technical support service representive confirmed it is defective or not in properworking condition or met our limited warranty coverages. MSI service repair center shall make best effort to repair and test your products within reasonable time after receiving your return item and shall make best effort to ship back your products within 48 hours of completion.

Onsite Services:Upon submitting requests for support and speak to our technical support service team member, MSI will assign an onsite technical service staff to arrive at your facility within 48 hours to trouble shoot and repair your products. In the event hardware parts are not available, we may ask your additional time for the parts to be shipped and will complete the service.

Accidental Protection Coverage:Accident Protection Coverages shall cover any damage cause by unintentional act to your products:

What is covered:
- Liquid spilled
- Drops, falls, and other collisions
- Electrical surge
- Damaged or broken LCD due to a drop or fall
What’s not covered:
- Cosmetic damages (scratches, dents, etc.)
- Lost, stolen, incorrect or inadequate custom installations
- Intentional damage
- Recovery or transfer data
- Natural disaster or fire

Advanced Replacement Services:MSI shall ship product of the same model or equivalent in the event we do not have the same model upon your acceptance within 48 hours once confirmed by our servivce department of your product non working status. Before MSI ships out a replacement, a completed credit card authorization form is required to permit a hold on your credit card for an amount based on the curvent value or MSRP of your product. The defective product must be returned to MSI within 14 days after receiving the replacement, or it will be subject to charges for the full value of the replacement product. MSI also reserves the right to enforce the pre-authorized credit card charge in the event that the received product is determined as customer induced damage. In the case of End of Life (EOL) or out-of-stock products, MSI will, at its sole discretion and remedy, provide a product of equal or greater value and/or specification in
accordance with partners’ agreement.

Warranty Exclusions The following circumstances excluded from warranty coverage • Product damage caused by catastrophes, thunder stroke, faulty electric power and environmental factors. • Defacing of product labeling (label alterations and falsifying, serial number missing, serial number no longer discernible, serial number invalid). All serial numbers are recorded and tracked for warranty purposes • Unauthorized changes of non MSI parts, modifications or alterations, parts removal in or to the products • Damage caused by operator error or operator fails to comply user manual instruction, such as, but not limited to improper storage resulting in product get wet, corrosion, fell off, squeezed or exposed to inadequate temperature/humid environment. • Internal or external consumable items of the product itself such as battery, earphone, etc. • Accessories or packing material such as boxes, user manual, etc.,
