This team will be in charge of creating and maintaining the registration of attendees. Google forms has been used in the past, but other ideas are welcome! This team will work with the Finance team to determine pricing for the conference. During the conference, at least one member of this team will be at the registration table to help with efficiency.This team will be responsible for advertising for, communicating with, and determining Support Staff members. During the conference, this team will be the direct contact for Support Staff. This team will also work with the Presenters team to guarantee an accurate amount of Support Staff will be provided. This team's responsibilities include creation of sponsorship levels/packages, advertising to businesses, documenting and keeping track of all Sponsors requests. This team will also assist with the "advertisement" team to ensure that all requirements of packages are met, as well as provide financial updates throughout the planning period. This team will handle sponsors and vendors, as they typically work hand in hand.This team will be responsible for creating, designing, and compiling the Program Book that will be provided at the conference. They will gather all documents needed, and work with the teams needed to create the Program Book for the conference.This team will be responsible for creating all advertisement materials that will be utilized before and through the conference, including but not limited to flyers, and signage. This team will partner with the appropriate teams to ensure all advertisements, and necessary information is included in any communication with membership. This team will also advertise for awards nominations.With the assistance of all those on the committee, this team will be in contact with presenters to develop the workshops/themes for the Conference. This team will be working closely with every other team, to ensure that the schedule be developed appropriately. This team will work with Kelli Henery, Director of Finance, to guarantee invoices are processed in a timely manner and payments are received. They will also be responsible for collaborating to make financial decisions, along with the OCRID board. This team will directly report to Kelli throughout the planning period. During the conference, at least one member of the team will work with Kelli at the registration table to help with efficiency.This team will work with the chosen venue to guarantee the appropriate space needed for all aspects of the conference: Keynotes, break out workshops, meals, etc. This team will also be responsible for working with the venue for anything required to be processed through them (i.e. food catered through the venue only, unable to bring outside food in - this team will work to ensure that is handled) This team is responsible for advertising for, and gather items for the silent auction and conference bags for each participant. They will work with the advertising team to make sure that appropriate advertisement is done for maximum donations. This team will also work with the sponsor/vendors team to allow for sponsors to have participation in donations. This team will also work together on the 50/50 raffleThis team is in charge of securing Deaf entertainment for Wednesday night, working with the finance team to set a "community price" for those who are not attending the conference that want to attend the entertainment. This team will also work with the venue liason team to guarantee appropriate space for the event.This team will comprise of all affiliate chapters' CMP and CEU processing coordinators, with assistance from board members
