At the top of the passport you see CCCP or the Soviet Union there is also a year on this passport which is 1990. This makes sense because the Soviet Union didnt dissolve until 1991. | I would believe Mr. Bolos liked to travel and even lived in Russia at one point. Also the photo of film on it looks like a younger version of himself so maybe it was years ago. | According to Mr. Duell, another history teacher, he knows he traveled and lived in Russia for a while. He also believes he speaks very good Russian. This is further backed up by Mr. Bolos' mother who said he went there for a while. | I found this on the Bush website and backed up it with an account of another history teacher.
