IP scan for startups:
IP scan is a service for small and medium-sized companies. Its main goal is the protection of intellectual property. The Industrial Property Office has created a network of more than 100 intellectual property protection experts from lawyers and patent attorneys who are accredited to provide this service. The company receives complete instructions on how to protect its intellectual property. The IP scan is subsidized – its value (900 EUR) is 90% reimbursed from the SME Fund. We will discuss what to expect from IP scan and will present a practical guide how to use this service for a specific company.
