How to Use This Sheet

1. Open the "Shipping Label Data" tab and add one row per shipment.

2. Use the Carrier and Service Level dropdowns instead of typing, to keep entries consistent.

3. Weight, Recipient Address, and Tracking Number turn red if left blank, so you catch it before printing.

4. Estimated Shipping Cost calculates automatically from the Carrier Rate Reference table on the same tab.

5. Open the "Label Preview" tab to see row 2 of your data laid out like an actual 4x6 label.

6. To preview a different shipment, change the row number in cell B2 of the "Label Preview" tab.

White cells = enter your shipment data here

Light gray cells = calculate automatically, do not edit

Red cells = a required field is missing

Note: the Carrier Rate Reference table on the data tab uses illustrative example rates. Replace them with your own negotiated carrier rates.
