GCAC Tracking Sheet for 30 Public Service Hours for a GCAC Scholarship

NOTE: THIS SPREADSHEET IS ONLY A TEMPLATE AND IS NOT EDITABLE. To track hours, please follow these instructions:
1. Go to FILE and select "MAKE A COPY."
2. SAVE to your device and RENAME with your FIRST and LAST NAME in the file name. EXAMPLE: Jane Doe - GCACScholarship.xlsx
3. If you prefer to print this sheet and handwrite the information, you may do so. However, you will need to scan/take a photo of the completed sheet and upload that file using the submission form for service award hours.
4. You may add additional rows as needed to your copy of the spreadsheet.

DO NOT submit this form until ALL 30 of your voluntary public service hours are COMPLETED. When your hours and this sheet are completed, return to the GCAC website and click on Submit Hours Upload Form. (Follow this link.)
