Wage Claims received at the end of the fiscal year may not be processed until the following fiscal year. **Non-Jurisdictional means that the statutory 180-day deadline to file a Wage Claim passed prior to filing the Wage Claim with TWC or that the Wage Claim was filed in an instance statutorily excluded from the Texas Payday Law.
