- Users are responsible for the content they share with Ongig
- Users must provide accurate information when creating an Ongig account.
- Users are forbidden from using another user’s account without permission.
- Ongig establishes and maintains the services and functionality granted to users in its sole discretion and can terminate the license at any time.
- Ongig is not liable for any losses or damage arising from clients’ accounts security, which should be protected using strong passwords.
- Payment obligations are non-cancelable and non-refundable; and quantities can only be changed once the relevant subscription plan ends. [6]**
- BeApplied grants the “Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal right to use the Services during the term of their contractual agreement.
- Customers solely use the platform for internal business only and are not allowed to “modify, enhance, copy, redistribute, disseminate, sell, license, reverse engineer, decompile or reproduce the Platform.”
- The customer ensures that those authorized to use the service are the only ones permitted and no other third parties.
- In case The Customer involves third-parties in accordance with BeApplied’s terms & conditions, The Customer will abide by Third Party’s terms of service and Applied shall not be liable for such uses in case of anything.
- The Customer shall make payments within 30 days of receiving an invoice from Applied. Failure to comply with terms regarding recurring Customer subscriptions yields a 2% fine “above the Barclays Bank rate from time to time per month (or the highest rate allowed by the applicable law.”
- BeApplied claims that “All Charges are non-refundable, except as provided in its Terms & Agreements or when required by law.” [7]
- To access and use Textio, The Customer must register with the company, which “reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Customer Account” if the information provided during the sign-up process is misleading, false, or inaccurate.
- The Customer’s authorized users, who could be “employees, agents, and representatives” must comply with all of The Customer’s obligations the Textio Terms & Services Agreement.
- Users are prohibited from selling, reselling, licensing, sublicensing, distributing, renting or leasing the Textio services. Equally, they are prohibited from copying works of the service, accessing the service to develop a competing product, reverse engineering the platform, using the platform unlawfully, gaining unauthorized access to any parts of the platform, and/or transmitting a virus to the platform.
- Payment obligations for the platform are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable.
- All past due fees will attract interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate applicable by law.
- Textio agreement remains valid until the expiry or termination of all trials and subscriptions.
- The User agrees not to permit unauthorized access to the service, other than the Users authorized under TalVista terms.
- TalVista grants the User a “non-exclusive, non-assignable, revocable, and limited license to use the Service for internal business purposes during the period specified.
- TalVista grants the User a license to “view, download and print Content provided by TalVista” as long as the access and usage is for “personal, informational, non-commercial and internal purposes,” the User does not “distribute or make the TalVista Content available to others, and the User does not remove copyright notices contained in the TalVista Content.
- TalVista provisions User email address (username) and password to enable them access the service and reserves the right to alter or update these usernames and passwords. Likewise, it reserves the right to “terminate any username and password used by an unauthorized third party or one that misuses the Service.
- TalVista can suspend or terminate a User’s access to the service if the User fails to pay fees on time, fails to comply with the terms of the service, using the service wrongfully e.g. for fraudulent activities, or following a judicial or government order.
- All payment obligations to TalVista are “non-cancelable and all amounts paid are nonrefundable.” Fees not paid when due shall generate an interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, or the maximum as per the law. [3]
- Creating an account with TapRecruit users “agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information it may send.” However, Users may opt by unsubscribing.
- Billing cycles are monthly or yearly and automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle, unless a User you cancel it or TAPWAGE INC cancels it.
- Users may be required to enter their billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial option, which TAPWAGE INC may, at its sole discretion, offer a limited period of time.
- TAPWAGE INC, reserves the right to modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions, which becomes effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle.
- TAPWAGE INC may consider refund requests for Subscriptions on a case-by-case basis and has the sole discretion to grant them.
- Users are responsible for the content they generate or post through the service, in terms of legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
- The company deserves the right to terminate any account found to infringing on a copyright.
- Users creating accounts with TapRecruit must be over 18 years, and must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so, the company can immediate terminate the account on the Service.
- The company has full discretion to suspend or terminate a - User account without prior notice or liability and for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including breaching the terms of the agreement. [4]
