1. Select the Impact & Sustainment Tab

2. Enter Project or Initiative Name

13. Based on the Level of Impact and Implementation Date, suggested dates for Change Adoption, Proficiency and Sustainment will be calculated and displayed

14. To see the data in a calendar view select the Sustainment Schedule Tab

15. Select the Graphs tab to visualize the data. Using the Projects by Change Impact Consideration and Stakeholder Group pivot table double click on a Level of Impact value that is greater than 1. A worksheet will be displayed which shows the impact considerations for the change projects for the selected stakeholder group. Look at Column D through J for where the change projects have like change impact considerations. Consider if you can combine or connect change deliverables for those projects that have like change impact considerations

17. As you acquire your organizational data around actual Change Adoption, Proficiency and Sustainment you can modify the number of days or months to better reflect the timing of your organization
