Can you take a look at this page and get it "cleaned up" to match our other pages? Footers, links, anything else you see...

In particular, please take a look at the embedded bookings page and see if there's anything askew there as it sometimes shows up as an error when loading the page.

And also keep in mind that I think Michael did some formatting to try to get it to display as well as possible on desktop and mobile so we don't want to recreate that wheel if we don't have to.
