Dr Tripp was very professional in her evaluation of my hearing. Even though she didn't need to go any further (my hearing turns out, wasn't that bad. I guess, it only gets weak when my wife tells me to do something. HA!), Dr. Tripp followed up with me twice to ensure things were going well, AND, she reimbursed me $27 of $38 I had paid for my initial visit. Who does that? She could have easily pocketed the money. Shows her high level of integrity.
