Improved reputation & governance RFP

Milestone 1 (research) completed and advancing on milestone 2
We completed a mapping of governance processes and of types of reputation, including 4 community workshops for input and feedback.
Then, we prioritised reputation-governance process pairs.
We're drafting the RFP
We completed the mielstone on the 29th of July and sent the link to the responsible person. But weren't told about the form we needed to fill. We mentioned the urgency of payment needed and are now in quite a tough spot
