This spreadsheet is an EXAMPLE of the kind of sheet Adriel builds for her authors.
2
This is to give you a GENERAL idea of how Adriel sets her sheets up. She often uses shading to distinguish items on a particular tab (like groups being shaded grey or each day in the timeline getting a new color). Be creative. Organize your sheet to best fit your needs.
3
This particular sheet has examples from some of Adriel's sheets as well as info from more famous books, so you may or may not recognize the characters and events.
4
Feel free to click through cells, since much of the information is hidden behind the next cell over.
5
6
While there are references to "books" universes and series often include short stories and other titles, they'd be listed as well.
7
EVERY spreadsheet has a base of the People/Groups, Places/Items, and Timeline tabs. All others are debatable. Adriel tends to add "Books in Order" after the fourth book is published.
8
Most do not have a World History Timeline. But it's important to have one when dealing with immortals, since they've lived through so many things.
9
Not all authors ask for "unresolved threads" or "themes." In fact, most don't. So those tabs don't exist in most of Adriel's continuity spreadsheets. But they give you an idea of the kinds of tabs you can add to track different things.

11
The "Order of Appearance" column in the People/Groups tab is so that after sorting characters by eye color or hair or first name, Adriel can then put them back in the order that they appeared; This sometimes helps her find minor characters when she knows they appeared "In that one fight scene." :-)
12
While Adriel can correct MOST issues directly in a manuscript, timelines can be tricky and often require more work, so that's why the Timeline tab has a "Fix it?" column.
