5	Goals	This EDI Accomplishments Dashboard provides information about progress towards meeting the priorities set out in the Faculty of Science Engagement and EDI plan 2020-2023 and the EDI accomplishments within the seven departments in the Faculty of Science. The Engagement and EDI plan 2020-2023 was developed in fall 2020 by the Associate Dean (Engagement and EDI) with the Faculty of Science Engagement and EDI committee, which includes representatives from the seven departments in the Faculty of Science, Student Services, undergaduate and graduate student group representatives, and a postdoctoral scholar. The Plan was approved by the Dean and has been presented to Science Faculty Council.

7	Dashboard Tabs	This dashboard includes two tabs. In the first, you will read about our progress in implementing each of the goals related to the seven topics included in the plan: EDI data, Information and Education, Accountability, Academic and Support Staff, Graduate and Undergraduate Students, Safe places, and Engagement. The second tab is a list of initiatives completed by EDI committees and others within departments in the Faculty of Science. Departmental activities were identified by the seven departmental representatives on the Faculty of Science Engagement and EDI committee.

9	A living document	This is a living document. Associate Dean (Engagement & EDI) or delegate will update this dashboard periodically within input from members of the Faculty of Science Engagement and EDI committee.
