Use this template as an easy way to capture confidence, progress, and next actions on your OKRs.

Getting Started

1. Open the "Template" tab and add your team name, date range, OKRs, and metrics

2. Copy this template to create the first scorecard

3. Each week (or fortnight), update the expected score (from 0 to 5), narrative, actions, "look ahead", and metrics

4. Share with the team, with other teams, with stakeholdrers, with the world.

5. Make decisions about how best to apply your energy to improve your expected OKR scores

6. Repeat regularly throughout the quarter.
