About this workbook

This workbook merges the official Round 1 and Round 2 working calendars for the 2027 Teens Work Know-How Program into one file, one calendar per sheet (see tabs below). Each sheet lays out the program week by week, Monday to Sunday, exactly as published in the official AV working calendars.

How to read each calendar

• Column A describes what is happening that week (the program milestone, session or workshop).
• Columns B–H show Monday through Sunday, with the date number for each day.
• A shaded orange cell marks a deadline or intake close — the cell text also says “DEADLINE” so the meaning does not rely on colour alone.
• A shaded teal cell marks a scheduled workshop or coaching session, with the time included in the cell.
• A grey italic cell marks a day with no placement (Wednesday is excluded during Work Experience Week).
• Each sheet is read top to bottom, left to right, like a normal calendar.

• Round 1 2027 — program runs January to early May 2027 (EOI closes 31 January).
• Round 2 2027 — program runs late June to late October 2027 (EOI closes 11 July).

This workbook uses Arial throughout, high-contrast navy and dark text on light backgrounds, and wrapped cell text so nothing is cut off when read aloud or zoomed in. Key information (deadlines and scheduled sessions) is marked with both a fill colour and a text label, so meaning does not depend on colour perception alone. Each sheet's header row stays frozen while you scroll.
