1. After tacking operation you must check the alignment of two piece with Angle scale.
2. Grinding or cleaning operation after every welding round to remove extra material.
3.Time lapse betwee root pass and fill pass is 16 minutes.
4. fill pass time araange the current as per requirement.
5. Time lapse between second pass and third pass will be 12 minutes.
6. After the completion of welding must chekck the cap starting and ending should be overlaped each other.
