Prepare student for in-demand IT jobs. Gain experiene in leveraging virtual internships for students. Students will learn about Cloud Service Platform used by over 25,000 schools in the US and abroad. Skills gained in their internship support future employment opportunities with school districts or other SaaS based enterprise software users. CSPA program offers students a 60-hour internship with a mix of academic and hands-on experience. Students gain a working knowledge of the implemenation, management, and support of GG4L's School Passport platform as a service. Students experience internal and external meetings such as standups, customer onboarding, custoomer support, product planning and many others. The first pilot program was launced and complete successfully in summer 2022. Students reported valuable experience gained through the virtual internship, includng exposure to enterprise software support and various IT management processes. Fellows will receive a stipend of $500 for their hard work.9th-12thHigh School Students I am proud to announce that my campaign will be participating as a partner in the 2024 National Democracy Summer School! This one-of-a-kind Democratic Fellowship—founded by Congressman Jamie Raskin and expanded across the country in an historic partnership with the DCCC—is dedicated to recruiting thousands of high school and college-age students and training them as the next generation of Democratic political activists and leaders.

As part of this educational and political initiative, I am looking for dedicated high school and college students in the 28th Congressional District to join me on my campaign as a Democracy Summer Fellow to support important Red to Blue Congressional races!

This six-week program will take place from Monday, June 24th to Friday, August 9th and requires a commitment of 15 hours per week. Fellows will participate in exciting online seminars and a powerful curriculum designed by Congressman Raskin, while also organizing on-the-ground to help Red to Blue Congressional races in Los Angeles and Orange County. Fellows will receive a stipend of $500 for their hard work.

Throughout the academic portion, Fellows will learn from academic luminaries, inspiring political leaders, policy experts, issue advocates and top community organizers from all across the country. Past Democracy Summer speakers have included House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Professor Laurence Tribe, Senator Elizabeth Warren, Rep. Bennie Thompson, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and the late Rep. John Lewis.

Not to mention, Fellows will also learn state-of-the-art skills in phone-banking, text-banking, canvassing, on-line organizing, low-dollar fundraising and voter registration—all the necessary ingredients for a thriving field operation!
