Number of players12v12 with 11 field players and a GKif teams mutually agree to a lower number of players, game is counted. That agreement must be done prior to the start of the gameminimum number of players to play is 9 field players and a GK unless both teams mutually agree to adjust to 7v7 game. That 7v7 game would be counted as a regular game

Jerseys/Uniforms/PinniesAll players within a team shall have the same color numbered jersey/pinnie. No jewelry allowed. Players must wear a mouthguard

Non-Rostered Playersallowed for GK with no penalty, allowed for field players but must be agreed upon before the game. team not borrowing players selects if game will be 1-0 forfeit

All Player EquipmentMouthguard and goggles required for all players. GKs must wear gloves, chest protector and helmet with throat guard

CoachesTeams may opt to have a coach, but do not need one

OT or tiebreakerNone (except for playoffs; playoff OT full field is sudden victory, 5 min running time periods, 1 min break and switch ends between OT periods)

Team timeouts1 per game, clock runs during timeout, can't call a timeout in the last 2 minutes of the game. Playoffs allow 1 per game but clock stops for timeout. No timeouts permitted in OT

Yellow cards yellow card (2 min releasable penalty) assessed for dangerous shot, dangerous propel, head contact. Player ejected from game if assessed 2 yellow cards in a game.scorekeeper/FM is responsible for writing down name of player issued yellow cards.

Green cardsHS rules delay of game (we are not adopting the NCAA transition green card policy)

Goal Circle ViolationsGoalkeeper, or deputy, may enter goal circle. Player may follow through on shot. Defense may run through crease per NCAA rulesque
