Template Descriptions:

Data Teams TemplateUse the "Data Teams" template (located at the bottom of this screen) with your Data Team to collect data on a common assessment. Track the number of students proficient, close to proficiency, far from proficiency, and in need of intervention.

Student Scores TemplateUse the "Student Scores" template (located at the bottom of this screen) to collect data over time and compare one student to his/her peers. This template also has a section at the bottom for documenting interventions. This template is great for CARE Team.

Student Ranking Template
Students are ranked in order based on their overall assessment score. This template pulls from the scores entered into the "Student Scores" template

Bar Graph: Class AverageUse the "Bar Graph: Class Average" template (located at the bottom of this screen) to show a bar graph of the class average compared to identified students. Great piece of data for CARE Team. This bar graph pulls data from the "Student Scores" template.

Line Graph: Student Comparison
Use the "Line Graph: Student Comparison" template (located at the bottom of this screen) to show student progress over time, another great piece of data for CARE Team. This line graph pulls data from the "Student Scores" template.

Standards Analysis Template
Use the "Standards Analysis" template (located at the bottom of this screen) to analyze multiple standards given on a single assessment.

Item Analysis TemplateUse the "Item Analysis" template (located at the bottom of this screen) to input individual student responses by question on an assessment. The template will automatically color code incorrect answers orange.

Step 1: Make a CopyTo make a copy of these templates, choose "File" > "Make a Copy" > rename the document

Step 2: CollaborateTo share these templates with your team, click on the blue "Share" button in the right hand corner. Under "People" add the names or email addresses of your teammates. Choose "Can Edit" from the drop down menu and click "Done."

Step 3: Add InformationEdit text that appears in RED. After entering your student roster, delete all extra rows not in use. Until you do this, your data will appear skewed.

Step 4: Make Multiple CopiesIf you need multiple copies of the same sheet/template, click on the drop down arrow to the right of the tab located at the bottom of the sheet you wish to copy. Choose "Duplicate" and rename the sheet.
