1Physical inspection and specs. Verification - This has to be carried out as per the Pre-Cx check sheet given in the commissioning plan/method statement.

2Pressure testing - For Pipe works pressure test to be done at 13.8 kg/cm² for 2hrs. without any pressure drop as per NFPA 13 followed by line flushing.

3Flow Switch Operation Verification - Open the drain valve of the system and allow the water to pass from the line and observe the alarm / hooter or water flow status
in BMS system.

4Integration with Land lord - Verify the alarms ON BMS status of flow switches and
tamper switches of landlord systems.
