3For aircond installation, the stated standard scope must be checked carefully. Cheaper market prices may be labour-only or may exclude copper pipe, bracket, wiring, drain pipe, or materials.

4Basic 1.0HP split unit aircond installation is positioned from RM320 when the scope includes workmanship, copper pipe up to 10ft, drain pipe up to 10ft, basic wiring up to 10ft if applicable, outdoor bracket, and basic testing.

5Extra copper pipe, extra wiring, trunking, hacking, conceal work, high-rise access, dismantling, gas top-up, spare parts, and additional safety work may be charged separately.

6For electrical and wiring jobs, photo/video checking or site inspection may be required before confirming the final price.

7Any work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately after customer confirmation.
