"Company KPI Tracker"
This is your tracker. It's a living document. Hide dates that feel old. Add dates columns when you need space.
29
If something major happens (ie launch on HN) add that to the context row along the top
30
As you discover metrics within your business that you feel like you should track, add them to the column B
31
As you make certain metrics irrelevant, hide that row and move on.
32
33
Fill in the numbers each week before your co-founder/mgmt meeting
34
35
"Dashboard"
This is your 90d dashboard. It's likely what you'll want to review once metrics are filled out
36
Select your KPIs from the list of metrics your tracking. to make sure you always see the trends of the important things
37
Column U+ contains chart elements you can copy into other documents
