Assumptions and Updates
12
1. RP shift - Ron Paul is picking up more delegates than his percentage vote suggests in caucuses (it is best guess based on anecdotal evidence)
13
2. There are 126 Superdelegates, most states sending the state chairman and 2 RNC committee members, these are assumed to vote for Romney unless there is good reason not to think that (e.g. They have already come out in suppot of someone else)
14
3. Missouri results awaiting caucus completion
15
4. Kansas county delegates now assigned to Santorum, nothing to suggest Paul got any.
16
5. Washington updated to better reflect reports out of Seattle
17
6. Iowa adjusted to reflect recent GOP source comments
18
7. North Dakota GOP establishment managed to hijack the convention despite Romney only getting about 25% of the vote
19
8. Colorado updated with reports from State convention (Romney +5, Paul +2, Santorum -7 on previous nos with Santorum campaign suspension)
20
9. Wyoming updated with state convention results
21
10. Minnesota updated with CD convention results
22
11. Louisiana caucus results. Ron Paul won the overwhelming majority of delegates to state (74%), but one district has no RP delegates, 5 delegates chosen by La GOP committee assumed to go to Romney
23
12. Louisiana Primary update. Corrected as per Green Papers. 5 unbound delegates assumed to vote for Ron Paul due to the overwhelming majority of Ron Paul suporters at the State convention
24
13. Louisiana Primary update. The actual delegates sent to Tampa for the 10 Santorum and 5 Romney Primary spots are elected at the State convention. So these are likely to be Ron Paul supporters and abstain on the first ballot.
25
14. Massachusetts caucus looks like 17 Ron Paul supporters got elected to delegate spots in Tampa, these are assumed to abstain on the 1st ballot
