ADDISON AUCTION NIGHT: CHILDWATCH HOSTED BY PACCC AT TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH ON OCT.21, 6-9.30PM

Dear parents and caregivers,
We are happy to offer a child watch opportunity for all Addison families this year.
In order to raise money for the community, we kindly ask for a payment over $30 per child for the night. The costs will cover the venue, logistics and food. For confidential financial aid, please send an email to mzschietzschmann@pausd.org
Please pay the amount of $30 per child stating the full name of your child in advance. This is first come, first served and spots are limited.

By signing up, I agree that my child is potty trained and has no separation anxiety. I hereby confirm that I will remain on the event site (Lucie Stern Community Center, 1305 Middlefield Rd, Palo Alto, CA 94301) all time and will be available over the phone to pick up my child/children immediately.
