11 PM to 1:10 AM: Knocking sounds, increasing in intensity. (All 3 Nirs: Sara, Gabe, and Chani)
1:10 AM: 1st Collapse - sounded like a wall collapsing above. (All 3 Nirs)
1:15 AM: 2nd Collapse - garage collapse witnessed from the lobby. (Sara Nir and Shamoka Furman, security guard)
1:22 AM: 3rd Collapse - building collapse witnessed from across Collins Ave. (Gabe Nir looked back as it happened. Need to ask other survivor witnesses if they did too.)		Need to interview all survivor witnesses to get a clear picture of what they saw, heard, smelled, felt, etc. and when they saw, heard, smelled, felt it.

Need to correlate witness statements against data-based facts of collapse.		No other survivor witnesses (e.g. the Zions, the Vazquezes, Ileana Monteagudo (611), Shamoka Furman, etc.) have so far reported explicitly hearing knocking sounds.

All three Nirs heard the 1st Collapse, and Sara Nir reports that Shamoka Furman said she heard it. Need to confirm exactly what Shamoka Furman heard and when she heard it.

Need to find the Israeli Channel 13 interview with Gabe Nir to see if it adds any detail.

The collapse of the pool deck caused tm thehe first floor slab of the building to detach fro columns or caused tortional rotation to the building. This induced moment forces all the way to the top of the building which caused the weaker floors from the penthouse to the 8th floor .

7/26/2021 3:56:46AusGSystemicSafety factor approaching 1 due to time & neglect acting on a fragile edifice.Each discipline implicitly trusting that the factor-of-safety applied in other categories will cover lean work in their own leading to a fragile product. Time in environment, neglect plus some modest trigger = collapse at pool deck at step beam/planters Pool deck collapse in witness testimony and tik tok video. Slab cores w/delamination and cut rebar. Waterlogged additional top weight. Images of rebar peeling out of slab bases, sharpened column tops, friable concrete in rubble, columns separating intact from pancaking slabs.Not qualified to asses structures but I see expert consensus here that design/engineering and as-built fabric was lean at best. Photo evidence of water incursion and work records of erratic repair / additional loadings / fabric damage all suggest accelerated deterioration with time. Qualified commentary states even poorly built/maintained structure is insufficient to explain such rapid brittle failure. I thus accept that a trigger is still required. I tender that if that trigger is so elusive that combined mental horsepower of this board cannot agree on it, it was small enough that the preceding factors are more important in preventing repeats.

The question that was coming up was what program do use to make your graphic and transfer to spreadsheet
