Water Sessions:Daily Morning and Afternoon sessions

Day 1-5 = AM Session @ 7AM / PM Session @ 2PM

Video reviews follow AM session of Days 1 and 4.

OC familiarity coached sessions and baseline time trial experience opportunity and video review feedback.

Strength training and rowing erg training sessions.

Talks on Nutrition and Fueling for survivor athletes.
