3	This sheet contains information on policies that likely have errors in them. A description of these errors can be found in the 'sheet_description' column and a link to the sheet with information on the precise policies for which these errors apply as well as correction/update links to correct them are provided in the 'sheet_link' column. These policies were identified through automated coded --- if a policy was incrreoctly identified as having an error, please note it in the 'Exception List' sheet. 5		These policies contain an 'integration_assessment' without an 'overlap_assessment'	overlap_missing
6		This sheet identifies policies that have both (i) the overlap_assessment filled out as 'Yes' and (ii) the integration_assessment filled out. When the overlap_assessment is 'Yes' the integration_ assessment should be blank or if the integration_assessment is filled out, the overlap_assessment should be 'No'. RAs should make corrections as appropriate	overlap_should_not_be_yes
7		These policies contain an 'overlap_assessment' of 'Yes' but the matched_record_id of the corresponding CoronaNet record_id is missing	matched_record_id_missing
8		These policies contain an overlap_assessment that is something other than 'Yes', 'No' or NA, which are the only valid options allowed for this column. If you have any additional notes you want to add about an overlap_assessment please use the 'Notes' column	overlap_incorrect
9		Problems with integration_assessment
