Hosting a Family Group

 The program is dependent on the generosity of some parents to host or to co-host a family group. The role of a host is not difficult. · The host does not have to be a teacher or an ‘answers person’. · The role of host in the family group sessions is essentially to guide the group. · Host support is available from the Religious Education Coordinators at Holy Trinity and Sts Peter & Paul Primary schools and the Parish Office. · All hosts must have, or have applied for, a Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card. There is no cost involved in applying for a WWVP card for volunteers. If you don’t have a WWVP card, you can complete an online application. Please supply a copy of your WWVP card or application to the Parish Office. · NB: Hosts will be required to attend an Information Session at 5.30pm, prior to the 6pm Tuesday 28th July Parent Information Night via Zoom

How to sign up for a group

 We have tentatively set up 14 groups with suggested times and locations in school or Parish facilities (see below). Alternatively, a host may choose to nominate a home location, day and time (edit the group accordingly). We will need hosts for each of the groups to proceed.· The host does not have to be a teacher or an ‘answers person’. · Groups are numbered on tabs below. Click along to find a suitable group and add your name. Groups will be finalised end of Week 3. · As this is a shared document, please do not add, move or delete another child's name.
