I'm leading the subgroup focusing on building efficiency and electrification.We have some HVAC replacements in town buildings over the next few years. We are looking for mechanical engineers to do electrification studies and financing options to try to avoid big outlays that would need to be financing with higher property taxes. But the bigger source of carbon (by far) is in residential homes. We likely need partners who can assist with outreach and/or ideas of how we can use interactions with town departments to nudge people to heat pumps, etc.

RCAP supports rural communities with access to clean water and other environmental infrastructure. Finding more resilient energy and infrastructure solutions for underserved rural and tribal communities is something we're focused on integrating with our traditional water/wastewater/solid waste work.Learning about relevant climate solutions that can be applied to rural and tribal infrastructure projects. Additionally any entrepreneurs looking to connect with rural and tribal communities to pilot innovations.
