As part of our Diversity and Inclusion Fellowship, we have developed a database of databases of diverse speakers in STEM fields. We hope that this database will be a resource to conference/seminar organizers to increase diversity of invited speakers. We are looking for anonymous feedback on how to improve this resource and ask that you answer a few quick questions below. General feedback is also welcome. If you know of a database missing from our current version please let us know! Thank you in advance for your feedback. -- Jen Glass and Minda Monteagudo

It's nice to have a collated list
YIt makes it easy!
Please use bullets. I would also add a "Current as of XXXX" at the bottom if you can such that, if lists are dated, they don't ignore newer talent, which tends to skew more diverse anyway and can remove the burden from too many asks on the same folks

This makes searching way faster
YSuper easy!
A searchbar at the top with filter options (e.g. subfield, institution) would be helpful, especially if the database continues expanding.

For major conferences where you are looking for a high-profile speaker, this was great for getting ideas.

Whatever you find or don't find, you will learn about someone amazing!
A lot of the Computing and Tech links go nowhere. I was hopeful about 1,000 Women in Tech Speakers but there was too little info about the women and too many to sort through.
