Its purpose is to assist families in the college search and to provide a birds-eye view of COVID vaccine policies. Schools included are primarily 4-year colleges and universities. For policies at your local community colleges, please visit their websites. STUDENT EMPLOYEES and HEALTH SCIENCE STUDENTS are often subject to additional vaccine requirements not included in this spreadsheet, such as for clinical programs at third party sites.	Policies - and website links - change very frequently, and accordingly, the contents of this spreadsheet may no longer be current. VERIFY the status of a college's policies by checking the authority, the college’s website itself, especially: (1) a coronavirus section and (2) a student health section, where student immunization requirements may be listed. When in doubt, ask the college to clarify its requirement. If the warning "Access Denied" occurs, I may be loading an updated sheet; please try back again in a few minutes.
4	FDA granted emergency use authorization (EUA) for the 2024-25 formula of COVID Pfizer Comirnaty and Moderna Spikevax vaccines on 8/22/24. The 2024-25 formula is monovalent against omicron KP.2. FDA also granted approval for BioNTech Comirnaty for the 2024-25 formula. FDA deauthorized the original mRNA Pfizer and Moderna monovalent vaccines as a booster dose on 8/31/22 and as a primary series dose on 4/19/23. The bivalent EUA was deauthorized on 9/11/23 when FDA granted the sBLA for the Comirnaty and Spikevax 2023-2024 formula (monovalent XBB). Many college mandates are written with outdated and/or confusing language. Please check with a college's health office to verify what the college requires.	Updates: this spreadsheet is updated manually as time allows. Updates do not occur automatically. Please do not request editorial access to this spreadsheet. If you would like to suggest updates: post in the NCM Telegram group and ideally include a link to the school's website showing the policy.
5	Also check for additional TESTING, QUARANTINE, or MASKING protocols required of unvaccinated students.	You are welcome to download the spreadsheet to sort it however you wish, keeping in mind that a download will not capture future changes to the contents.
6	EXEMPTIONS: the field "Auto Ex" refers to possible automatic exemption by submitting a simple form. Look for a comment in the "Additional Notes." You may also include the "Auto-Ex" column in a spreadsheet sort.
