4/18/2013 9:24:25Debra WilhiteCaptjack@zebra.netI would like to see more up to date catch data ...on all modes...and have a searchable database online. I can seen all data collected from recreational and charter but headboat data is hard to find and mostly not up to date or available.

Yes I support modern up to date real time “daily” not monthly not weekly but daily catch data reporting to be implemented as soon as possible.

The definition on headboats is a passenger vessel licensed for more than 15 and when persons pay a fee and considered a walk on in our business. There will include a large number Multi Passenger vessels and will they be included in this reporting program. They should be I guess....

I'm are for everyone in the “business “ report their catch data.

Just make the cost to do as small as possible to prevent any more financial hardships for this user group.

5/29/2013 10:13:14scott hickmanlistodos@hotmail.comWe have tested the Isnapper electronic data collection system Gulf wide going on three season.. It works and the Fisherman love it. It meets all the needs of MRIP and solves the data timeless issues we have with over fishing our ACL every year. Lets quit talking about this and get it done. Isnapper for the Federally permitted CFH fleet now please. Thanks and Calm Seas..Capt. Scott Hickman League city Texas 77573Charter/Headboat For-Hire

5/29/2013 10:15:38Stephen ConeCones7576@gmail.comI see no problem with a data collection after every trip. Everyday doesn't make since do to we don't they don't fish everyday like NMFS thinks. I would be more then glad to give data to what I catch as a recreational angler as long as it isn't tweaked to ensure job security for Federal Employees. Remember we are trying to save the fish not Cush jobs.32570Private Recreational Angler

5/31/2013 10:51:10Kelly Owenscaptainkellyowens@gmail.comI would prefer for the head boat reporting requirements to be at the end of each month as it is now. If need to change to a shorter period I would like to see the 16th of each month and the first if need to send in more than monthly.Port Aransas,Texas,78373Private Recreational Angler, Charter/Headboat For-Hire
