7	3. Anywhere you see a checkmark ✅, your removal service already handles that. Anywhere you see an empty checkbox ❏, you will need to manually opt out.
8	4. Start by opting out of the sites in light blue that say "HIGH PRIORITY," using the websites linked on the BADBOOL. 💙 Check off the boxes as you go.
9	5. If you still have energy, tackle the mustard ones that say "MEDIUM PRIORITY" next. ✴️
10	6. If you want to be thorough or are a glutton for punishment like me, go to the pink ones that say "LOWER PRIORITY"! 🦄
11	7. Please be gentle with yourself while working through this process, getting support and taking breaks as needed... and let's all create better world where this page isn't necessary. 💕
