This template is set up for products made in a BATCH (a batch of cookies, a pitcher of margaritas, a tray of brownies). Use the "Batch Ingredient Costing" tab to convert bulk ingredient purchases into a per-unit cost, and the "Batch Product Costing" tab to build the total cost per product.

If something is in a white cell, that means you can change it. If it is in a gray cell, do not change it or the spreadsheet will break.

There is example information in each tab. You can click through and see the examples first and then delete the example data. DO NOT DELETE any gray cells.

Once you've entered your costs in the Batch tabs, go to the "Price & Profitability" tab to enter the price you charge customers and see whether you make or lose money on each product.

An example has been included for Batch Product Modeling. You can delete and replace with your own numbers.
