6	3	Date of Filing	This is the date on which the case was presented by the litigant to the court.
7	4	Date of Disposal	This is the date on which the judge issued a judgement or final order
8	5	Type of Disposal	Describes how the case ended as classified by the authors: - Convicted: the judge found the accused guilty of the offence of cheque bounce - Acquitted: the judge found the accused not guilty of the offence of cheque bounce - Settled : the parties agreed to resolve the matter out of court - Withdrawn: the complainant did not pursue the case any further
