A unique Zoom link will be created by The Trust for the vendor's presentation, and that link will be provided to the vendor and posted on The Children's Trust website. |
4 | Presentation Day | May we still get there 30 minutes early to setup? We will be bringing our equipment with us as well as printed material for the participants. How many people do you anticipate attending the demonstration? | You may arrive 30 minutes before your presentation start time to set up. We anticipate around 8+ staff members to be in attendance at the meeting. Please note that this is a publicly noticed meeting and more members may join. |
